14-day money back guarantee!

If you have reservations about your purchase, you have 14 days to withdraw from the agreement and return your unopened products without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. See also articles 6, 7 and 8 of our General Terms and Conditions.

Please notify us by e-mail at info@wingmancondoms.com. Please clearly state your name, the invoice number and your account number. To prevent fraud, the account number for the refund must be the same as the account number you used to make the payment to Wingman. Upon receipt of the returned order and the email notification, Wingman will refund the purchase amount to you as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days.

The shipping costs for the return shipment are the responsibiity of the customer. If you have opened the packaging and there is something wrong with the product or you are dissatisfied, please mention the problem in the e-mail to info@wingmancondoms.com and we will contact you as soon as possible.
