We make payment and delivery easy. We make sure that this is completed safely, and that it is not stated on the package that it is Wingman.

Anonymous shipping
No identifiable information is on packaging, ensuring it is anonymous.
Orders placed before 10 p.m. Are generally shipped the same business day

Your products will be shipped in a blank envelope or box. Wingman is not mentioned on the envelope, only the street, postal code and location of our distribution center is detailed for the purpose of returns. Orders larger than letterbox size are sent by parcel post, also in discreet packaging and without the company name. Shipping costs vary depending on the order, but are clearly detailed in the ordering process before you place the order.

Shipping and costs

All loose lube products and combos, are shipped via parcel post in unnamed packaging. If ordered before 10 p.m., orders are usually processed and shipped the same business day. It will normally be delivered within 2 - 4 business days (UK and Ireland) or 7 - 14 days (USA, Canada, Australia). If ordered after 10 p.m, it will be processed and shipped the next business day and be delivered within 3 - 5 business days (UK and Ireland) or 7 - 15 days (USA, Canada, Australia).

All condom orders up to 48 items, without loose lubricant, are sent in an anonymous envelope and fit through most letterboxes. If they are ordered before 10 p.m, they will usually be processed and dispatched on the same day. As a rule, they are then delivered by the postal services within 2 - 4 working (UK and Ireland) or 7 - 14 days (USA, Canada, Australia). Orders placed after 10 p.m. will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

Note: Orders placed after 10 p.m. on Fridays are normally not processed on the Monday.
The above information refers to orders within the UK and Ireland, for orders outside the UK and Ireland other delivery times must be assumed (sometimes shorter, sometimes longer, depending on the country)

Deliveries cost £2.99 in the UK and €4.99 in Ireland. For orders of €20.00 / £20.00 or more, delivery is free of charge.
Deliveries in the USA cost $9.99. For orders of $30.00 or more, delivery is $4.99.
Different shipping costs may apply for deliveries to other countries.
