Payment and Shipping

We make payment and delivery easy. We make sure that this is done safely, of course, and that it is not stated on the package that it is Wingman.

Anonymous shipping
No identifiable info on packaging so anonymous.
Ordered before 10 p.m., often shipped the same business day

Your ordered products will be shipped in a blank envelope or letter box. Wingman is not mentioned on the envelope, only the street, postal code and location of our distribution center for returns. Orders larger than letterbox size are sent by parcel post, also in discreet packaging and without company name. Shipping costs vary per order, but are clearly displayed in the ordering process before you place the order.

Shipping and costs

All loose lube products and combos, are shipped as anonymous parcel post. These, if ordered before 10 p.m., are usually processed and shipped the same business day. It will then normally be delivered within 2 - 4 business days (UK and Ireland) or 7 - 14 days (USA, Canada, Australia). If ordered after 22:00, it will be processed and shipped the next business day and be delivered within 3 - 5 business days (UK and Ireland) or 7 - 15 days (USA, Canada, Australia).

All condom orders up to 48 pieces, without loose lubricant, are sent in an anonymous envelope and therefore fit through most letterboxes. If they are ordered before 22:00, they will be processed and dispatched on the same day. As a rule, they are then delivered by the postal services (Fedex) within 2 - 4 working (UK and Ireland) or 7 - 14 days (USA, Canada, Australia). Orders placed after 22:00 will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

Note: Orders placed after 22:00 on Fridays are normally not processed until Monday.
The above information refers to orders within the UK and Ireland, for orders outside the UK and Ireland other delivery times must be assumed (sometimes shorter, sometimes longer, depending on the country)

Deliveries in the UK cost GBP 2.99, in Ireland € 4,99. For orders of € 30.00 or more, delivery is free of charge.
Deliveries in the USA cost USD 9.99. For orders of € 30.00 or more, delivery is USD 4,99.
Different shipping costs may apply for deliveries to other countries.
